Flipkart is offering doorstep smartphone repair plans starting at just Rs.99

Flipkart has announced a mobile protection plan called the Complete Mobile Protection (CMP), for it's customers. Under this plan the company is offering free brand authorised repair or replacement on mobile phones for one year. The customer can buy the plan at the time of the purchase of the mobile phone from Flipkart. The plan will expire a year from the date of delivery.

The plan covers the damages like breakage, liquid damage, hardware as well as software issues. The plan is available for different brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Poco, Realme, Oppo, Honor, Asus, etc.

To claim the isurance plan the customers have to share their policy ID on a dedicated helpline number "1800 425 365 365".

"In case of a broken screen or liquid damage, a link will be sent to the customer's email address for Rs.500 processing fee. A pick up will be arranged post the payment. The first pick up and drop will be free," the company claimed. Customers can claim only once for the screen damage and liquid damage.

Flipkart also promises to return the device repaired in 10 days and if the company fails to do so, then they will be offering you with a Flipkart e-gift voucher for Rs.500.
