Google has officially launched the Google Shopping in India, where it will be showing you various products from different online retailers.

Google has offered different categories like Cell Phones, Speakers, Headphones and Headsets, Men's Clothing, Women's Clothing, Books, Watches, Makeup, Personal Care, Appliances and Home Decor. The products mentioned will be shown from different online retailers like Amazon India, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Lifestyle, Fastrack, Shopper's Stop and many many more. Google is also planning to extend Google Shopping to offline stores as well.

The Google Shopping is available on all kinds of devices like phones, tablets, laptops and desktops and in both English and Hindi languages. Google Shopping is also integrated with Google Lens which means when a person will click a photo through the Google Lens app, you will be able to see various relevant results on the website where you can shop or gather information for it. You can also compare prices of a product from different online and offline retailers.

The Google Shopping is launched in India by Google to increase the number of users who make purchases online. According to Google 400 million people use internet in India and only one-third of them has made any purchase online which also includes purchases like tickets of train and plane and other stuff. The actual number for retail transactions is even more less.
By launching Google Shopping in India, Google is trying to involve more and more buyers and sellers in online transactions.
