The Chinese giant Xiaomi is soon bringing Apple like wireless Airpods. The Xiaomi earphones will be called Airdots. According to the reports the design of the Airdots is inspired from the Apple Airpods. The device is already listed on the FCC and will be having a USB Type-C. The device will connect on Bluetooth 4.2 and will also come with LED light and active noise cancellation. The report also says that the Xiaomi earphones may also be called as Mi True Wireless Earphones.
There has not been any announcement yet but the earphones may launch next year with the Mi Mix 3 in New York. The earphones will be high quality but as always at a very competitive price. The earphones will come in white colour and the case can give a 10 hrs of charging.
Xiaomi has also launched Mi Airdots Youth Edition in China for Rs. 2,100 this month. The device has Bluetooth 5.0. The device may come to the global markets but nothing is confirmed yet.
Well Xiaomi isn't the only one which is launching wireless earphones similar to Apple Airpods. Samsung has also launched Airpods like earphones called the Gear Icon X. Even other Chinese manufacturers like Oppo has also launched O-Free earphones to compete Apple.

The Samsung Gear Icon X are launched in India at Rs. 13,990. It has a standalone 4gb internal storage which allows the users to listen music without connecting it with the phone. The earphones are also loaded with touch gestures which can be used to play, pause, skip and browse through the music library. It has fast charging and has a battery life of 5 to 7 hrs of playback. The Icon X earphones charge in their case similar to Apple Airpods.

The Oppo O-Free has a battery backup of 4 hrs which can be extended by charging the earphones in their case. The O-Free earphones also has voice translation and assistant support which is also available in the Google Pixel Buds.
