The new flagship killer Oneplus 6t has arrived in India which is the successor of Oneplus 6 which was launched earlier this year. The Oneplus 6t comes with various updates like in-display fingerprint scanner, water drop notch, big battery, slightly bigger screen and better camera performance. Both the phones are pretty similar, yet different from each other.

Both the Oneplus 6 and Oneplus 6t has more similarity and less differences as they both run on Android Pie (9.0) with the latest Oxygen OS skin. The Oneplus 6t has a 6.41 inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 19:5:9 aspect ratio with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 6, while the Oneplus 6 comes with a 6.28 inch HD+ screen which is slightly smaller as compared to the Oneplus 6t. Oneplus 6 also has an AMOLED screen and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It comes in a 19:9 aspect ratio. The Oneplus 6t has a water drop style notch which is alot smaller as compared to the Oneplus 6's standard notch.

The cameras on both the Oneplus 6t and Oneplus is same. Both of them has a dual rear setup where the primary sensor is 16MP and the secondary sensor is 20MP, both with f/1.7 aperture. Both the phones has, optical image stabilisation as well as electronic image stabilisation, portrait mode, etc. The front camera on both the devices is a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture with electronic image stabilisation. The only difference is the Nightscape technology in the Oneplus 6t which allows to capture some mesmerising low light images. The Oneplus 6 will soon get the same technology through a new upcoming update.
Oneplus 6t and Onplus 6, both are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Octa Core processor with the Adreno 630. Both comes in 6gb and 8gb ram variants with 128gb and 256gb internal storage. The Oneplus 6 comes with an additional variant of 64gb internal storage.
The Oneplus 6t has a much bigger battery, 3700mAh with fast charging. On the other hand the Oneplus 6 has a 3300mAh battery with dash charging. The Oneplus 6t will last 23% percent longer as compared to the Oneplus 6. Both the devices are 4G VoLTE compatible. The Oneplus 6t lacks a 3.5mm audio jack which is present in Oneplus.
Oneplus 6t has an in-display fingerprint scanner which was one of the main highlights of the phone and thus, makes it the first ever Oneplus phone with technology. The Oneplus 6 has a rear fingerprint scanner.
Now here comes the pricing of both the devices in India :
Oneplus 6t is priced like this - for 6gb ram/128gb - Rs. 37,999, for 8gb ram/128gb - Rs. 41,999, for 8gb ram/256gb - Rs. 45,999.
Oneplus 6 is currently priced for 6gb ram/64gb - Rs. 34,999, for 8gb ram/128gb and for 8gb ram/256gb - Rs. 43,999.
Both the devices are now available through Amazon in India.
